How to do Suspended Push-Up

Step-by-step

  1. Set the TRX handles below chest height and grab them in a plank position
  2. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels with your core braced
  3. Bend your elbows and lower your chest to handle level
  4. Press back up without letting the handles drift out to the sides
  5. Stabilize your shoulders at the top and pause for one second

Coaching tip

The closer the straps are to the floor, the harder the movement; adjust the difficulty by changing your body angle.
