How to do Sissy Squat

Step-by-step

  1. Set your feet shoulder-width apart and steady yourself by holding onto a fixed support.
  2. Raise your heels and balance on the balls of your feet.
  3. As you push your knees forward, lean your torso back so your body forms a straight line from head to knees.
  4. Lower until you feel tension in your quads, then squeeze your quadriceps to rise back up.
