Step-by-step

  1. Grip the prowler's upright posts and lean your body forward
  2. Arms braced, core locked in
  3. Sprint by driving the ground back with fast, powerful steps
  4. Punch your knees forward; don't sit back on your heels
  5. Finish the set distance at maximum effort, then rest
