How to do Physioball Hip Bridge

Step-by-step

  1. Lie on your back and place your heels on a stability ball
  2. Open your arms to the sides to help with balance
  3. Press your heels into the ball to lift your hips
  4. When you form a straight line from shoulders to heels, squeeze the glutes for one second
  5. Lower your hips to the floor under control

Coaching tip

The ball's instability wakes up all the stabilizers along with the glutes; keep a slow tempo for control.
