Step-by-step

  1. Stand 2-3 meters from a solid wall with feet shoulder-width apart
  2. Hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest
  3. Brace your core and drive the ball explosively into the wall
  4. Catch the ball off the rebound and bring it back to your chest
  5. Move into the next rep without losing speed

Coaching tip

Throw the ball with maximum speed; this is a power exercise, and slow reps don't work here.
