How to do Knee Tuck Jump

Step-by-step

  1. Start with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent
  2. Dip into a quarter squat, then swing your arms and jump straight up
  3. Quickly pull your knees toward your chest in the air
  4. Land softly on the balls of your feet with knees bending
  5. Repeat after a brief reset; end the set when quality drops

Coaching tip

Pull your knees up to your chest, don't drop your chest to your knees; the torso stays tall.
