How to do Incline Dumbbell Fly

Step-by-step

  1. Set the bench to a 30-45 degree incline and lie back on it
  2. Hold the dumbbells over your upper chest with your palms facing each other
  3. Bend your elbows slightly and maintain this angle
  4. Open your arms out to the sides under control in a wide arc, feeling the stretch in your upper chest
  5. Squeeze your chest to bring the dumbbells back to the starting position

Feel the upper-chest fibers and perform the movement slowly and under control.
