How to do Decline Sit-Up

Step-by-step

  1. Lie on the decline bench with your feet secured under the supports.
  2. Cross your hands over your chest or place them beside your head.
  3. Squeeze your abs to lift your torso up.
  4. Rise under control until you reach a seated position.
  5. Lower slowly back to the starting position.

Coaching tip

Come up by rounding your lower back, don't pull on your neck, and control the descent.
