Step-by-step

  1. Attach a straight bar to the high pulley and grip it with palms facing up
  2. Pin your elbows to your torso
  3. Push the bar down until your elbows fully extend
  4. Squeeze for one second at the bottom
  5. Release up under control, keeping your wrists straight

Coaching tip

The underhand grip targets the medial head of the triceps; go light and focus on full lockout.
