Superman start and end positionSuperman start and end position

Step-by-step

  1. Lie face down with your arms extended forward and your legs straight.
  2. Fix your gaze on the floor to keep your neck in line with your spine.
  3. Raise your arms, chest, and legs a few centimeters off the floor at the same time.
  4. Hold this position for 2-3 seconds while squeezing your back and glutes.
  5. Lower to the floor under control and repeat without resting.

Coaching tip

Keep your neck neutral by fixing your gaze on the floor; the goal is not to go high but to squeeze your back and glutes.
