Step-by-step

  1. Attach a single handle to the low pulley and face the machine
  2. Grip the handle with your palm facing up
  3. Pin your elbow to your torso and curl the handle toward your shoulder
  4. Squeeze for one second at the top
  5. Lower under control to full arm's length; finish the reps, then switch arms

Coaching tip

The cable keeps constant tension from below; start with your weaker arm and match its reps with the strong one.
