How to do Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows

Step-by-step

  1. Grip the bar at shoulder width with your palms facing up
  2. Bend your knees slightly, hinge at the hips, and keep your back flat
  3. Pull the bar toward your belly button with your elbows close to your torso
  4. Squeeze your back for one second at the top
  5. Lower the bar under control until your arms are extended

The underhand grip emphasizes the lower lats and biceps; pull the bar toward your belly button.
