How to do Kettlebell Seesaw Press

Step-by-step

  1. Clean two kettlebells into the rack position at your shoulders
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and core braced
  3. Press one kettlebell overhead while the other stays at the shoulder
  4. Lower the pressing arm while simultaneously pressing the other up
  5. Repeat without breaking the seesaw rhythm

Coaching tip

One arm lowers as the other presses; the ever-shifting load forces your core to re-stabilize every rep.
