How to do External Rotation with Cable

Step-by-step

  1. Set the cable at elbow height and stand with your non-cabled side next to the machine
  2. Grab the handle with the far hand, elbow bent 90 degrees and pinned to your torso
  3. Rotate your forearm outward away from your body
  4. Hold for one second at the end range
  5. Rotate back in front of your stomach under control; finish the reps, then switch sides
