How to do Cable Rope Rear-Delt Rows

Step-by-step

  1. Attach a rope to a chest-height pulley and grab both ends
  2. Step back and stand with knees slightly bent
  3. Pull the rope to your upper chest with elbows wide at shoulder height
  4. At the end of the pull, split the rope ends apart and squeeze the rear delts
  5. Extend your arms forward under control

Coaching tip

Pull the rope to your upper chest with elbows high; pull the rope ends apart at the finish.
