How to do Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row

Step-by-step

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, bend your knees slightly, and hinge forward at the hips
  2. Keep your back flat and your torso at about 45 degrees to the floor
  3. Row the dumbbells to your stomach by driving your elbows toward your ribs
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together for one second at the top
  5. Lower the dumbbells under control until your arms are fully extended

Coaching tip

Set your torso at about 45 degrees to the floor and finish the set without breaking that angle.
