How to do Band Good Morning

Step-by-step

  1. Stand on one end of a resistance band and loop the other end behind your neck over your shoulders
  2. Stand with knees slightly bent and back flat
  3. Push your hips back and hinge your torso toward parallel with the floor
  4. Stop when you feel a stretch in your hamstrings
  5. Drive your hips forward and squeeze your glutes to stand tall

Coaching tip

The band's resistance peaks at the top; consciously squeeze your glutes as you drive the hips forward.
