How to do Inchworm

Step-by-step

  1. Start standing, fold forward, and place your hands on the floor with knees as straight as possible
  2. Walk your hands forward step by step into a plank
  3. Hold the plank for one second and brace your core
  4. Walk your feet toward your hands with small steps
  5. Feel the hamstring stretch as you stand up, then repeat
